How do I know that you are getting me the lowest price?
During our time working together we will have a chance to look at in some instances 40 or 50 options of vehicles. Through searching this many vehicles we can see what a fair market value is and what a great deal. We also can explain why a vehicle that may be advertised cheap is not vehicle that someone would want because of major accidents or poor overall quality.
Do you have a guarantee?
Cornerstone guarantees that if for any reason Cornerstone can not find the specific vehicle requested it will, without questions return the client’s deposit 100%.
How much do I need to do?
Our Service allows you to be as involved or not involved as you like. Minimally you will need to test drive one car and go to the seller when it is time to pick up the car for final sale
How much do you make from this deal?
We make the fee that we charge our clients. Due to our agreement with the vehicle sales authority we are not permitted to take money from dealership, sellers warranty companies or finance businesses.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex , cheque or cash
Can you import cars from the USA?
Cornerstone concepts does not directly import vehicles, but can arrange to have a vehicle brought in depending if the vehicle is admissible as a vehicle to import.
What if the car breaks down after I buy it?
Cornerstone concepts will always try to find a vehicle that will last as long as possible without issue. We often look for factory warranties or in house warranties. In the unfortunate instance that there is a break down we will work with you as best as we can to assist in getting you back on the road as quickly as possible. However cornerstone will not pay for repairs
When is the best time to buy a car?
Purchasing a vehicle around December or January are the best times of the year considering everyone is focusing on Christmas.
how long will it take to find me a car?
Depending on the rarity of the vehicle, we minimally ask for 2 weeks. These timelines can vary depending on availability of vehicles.
I have a car I want to trade in, can you do that for me?
We can assist you in selling your vehicle privately or through trade in. Because we are not permitted through our agreement with the vehicle sales authority to sell vehicles, we can post vehicles, assist in wording but we can not show the vehicle or sell the vehicle directly, unless you are trading it in a dealership.
I will have to finance the car, will you help me set this up with the dealership?
We can work with clients to setup financing through different dealership if necessary.
What if I end up finding my own car, do I get my money back?
We have an agreement in place with our clients. Our services are retained like a lawyer and we ask for a deposit for our services. By giving us this deposit you are agreeing to give us the time we mutually agree on. If in the case that you purchase a vehicle aside from our services, your deposit with be retained for a 1 year period to be used towards our services.
